The website is a little fiddly to use, for instance, all the tickets come up for different events, I would prefer to see them per event and not when they have been purchased. I haven't been able to work out how to add more photos to the event page either, the banner one, I have to modify to fit."

"Easy to use for both setting up and customer experience. Much better experience than we've had with other platforms. Had a bit of trouble scanning barcodes at the gate using the recommended scanner and had to check in quite a few attendees manually. Hopefully, this can be resolved for next time."
