"愛舒彼唯一不脹氣的蛋白質，運動後，我把它加入香蕉和堅果打成蛋白飲，好喝又不脹氣。我還會把蛋白粉加少許水調成稠泥狀後，加入鷹嘴豆泥，黃豆泥，五穀米和咖哩香料，用手捏成餅狀後入鍋煎，好吃又能補充蛋白質。我試過其他牌的黃豆蛋白粉，但無法像愛舒彼可以把食材粘好，真的是做無澱粉點心的好幫手。推薦~"
