"目前買過多數口味，覺得原味味道最好，用途也最多，適用於濃湯、高蛋白煎餅等。抹茶烏龍奶茶與巴西莓等口味，都有些許的香料與甜味劑的味道，口感上容易留有餘味，因此還是比較推薦原味。這個適用於代餐，有飽足感，減重增肌。"

"最近每天早晨都來一杯蔬特羅，加入水果一起打，不脹氣又有飽足感，助我更有體力和精神工作到中午，印證所謂：好的食品能為你帶來更多效益。下午三點多，我會再沖泡一份隨身包（下午會換個口味，目前試過巧克力、抹茶、奶茶，我覺得味道都蠻能接受的），重點是補充體力的同時，不用擔心成分對身體造成多餘的負擔，尤其女生可以放心不會太甜或是碳水太高的困擾，是下午茶優質選擇。有在認真經營的植物性蛋白質專家！看得見你們不斷推陳出新的努力，期待蔬特羅更為茁壯，推薦給想嘗試植物性蛋白質的朋友。"
