"Grumpy Monkey was my favorite coffee shop in town and I continued to love Union but the service here has just gotten worse and worse. "Came in from out of town and was really disappointed. The reviews here are glowing but neither of our coffees were good and we didn't see any waffles on the drive through menu. Service was poor and it felt like we were more of a nuisance than a customer. Tossed our coffees in the garbage and went to a better coffee shop at the other end of town."
