"They didn't have a dark roast brewed, but instead had a Mexican medium roast which was decent but a little bitter. Once I added a lot of creamer it was pretty good. The bacon maple waffle was good."

"Union roasts an excellent coffee-- I almost always get a black drip because the flavor is so good. The shop itself is a wonderful place to hang out in. If the service matched the coffee I'd give it 6/5 stars, but about half of the time in my experience the service is slow, unhelpful and forgets half the order."

"These people really know their coffee, and it’s very visually appealing inside! I know it’s such a millennial thing to say and I’m rolling my eyes at myself, but I really wish they would carry oat milk. I can’t put my finger on exactly why, but this place isn’t even in my top 3 coffee shops to go to in CDA, which is why I’m giving it a 4/5."

"I had a good coffee through the drive through. They actually know how to make a good dry cappuccino...which is few and far between in cda. The only reason I won't rate them a 5 is there is no menu visible from the car. I really just want to ses what is available. I think with some signature drinks and Togo food this place could really be a hit!!"
