"Jaine kindly arranged an appointment for me as I had a blocked ear that was causing me some considerable pain. After examining both my ears she advised me that I had an ear infection and no sign of any wax. She kindly referred me to my GP. I would highly recommend waxaxe and thank you again for squeezing me in at short notice."
