"The reviews below are spot on. Jaine was absolutely brilliant with me and the results were amazing. I had wax stuck to both eardrums and she methodically worked away at removing it despite my pre treatment of Otex Olive Oil making it a bit tricky (just use Olive Oil!). I can hear to a level that I don't think I've had for years. Thoroughly recommend!"
