"When I Work is perfect value for managing teams of employees. Great value and great customer service. What is most enjoyable about When I Work is the ability to schedule and trade shifts when coworkers all through the app. It's you get updates and notifications regularly as changes are made, and can clock in/out without stepping foot in the office."

"Beneficial to communicating time off, schedule change, etc. with upper management. There is a smartphone app that makes it easier to check daily and weekly. Direct emails are also optional for updates. It is super convenient and also has a chat for co workers to communicate through."

"All of my employees are part time (we are only open on the weekends) and I need to be sure every position is covered on every shift.
