"Excelent, it is an extremely useful tool, before we had all of our schedules in an excel file and it made it really hard an complicated, but now with 'When I Work' it is all so much easier to understand and pick up and drop shifts."

"My overall experience with When I Work is positive. All in all the software works and allows me to check in. What I like most about When I Work is that it allows me to quickly and independently clock in to my shifts. I also like that I can easily look back and see previous shifts and request time off."

"When it does work, my colleagues and I are able to work seamlessly and swap shifts to each other's convenience. Unlike most softwares you can use for payroll this one has an internal chat and you can swap shifts. Makes it really easy to check my schedule"

"I don't hate it, but I think that it could be better. In general, it's 50/50 with employees, some really like it and others despise it. I'm on the fence about it. It makes it a lot easer for managers to schedule employees, but that's assuming the employees actually update their availability."

"This app is a great way to keep all part-time employees notified and organized in a simple schedule platform. I like the shared calendar with notes, that allows employees to know when/where/how long they are working. And I like that it allows employees to post preferences as to when they can and can't work."

"My overall experience is great. It makes it easy to see who has seen the schedule and to make sure you have your time off requests in one place. You can also filter to see employees who are available at certain times to swap shift days and times. You can see who all will be working the day and the week. It is very helpful and will continue to use."
