"Very good. I will continue to use it. Very simple platform, easy to understand. I work in theatre and I use this to schedule my stagehands for different shows. Employees can see shifts, accept or decline them and request time off. My favorite feature is that it notifies you of an upcoming shift 2 hours in advance."

"I really liked using When I Work as an employee since I had a constantly changing schedule with my other job and I could always let my boss know when I would be available that week. I also could make vacation requests in advance and have it on written file. I felt it was adequate for everyday clocking in and out."
