"I love being able to choose and schedule my work shifts through an app on my phone. I also love that it uploads my shifts to my phone's calendar and sends me reminders 2 hours in advance so unless there's an unexpected set back, I'm always on time. I love that When I Work sends me a reminder notification to my phone and to my email as well."

"The work schedule is always at my fingertips with this easy to use app. It's easy to put in and adjust work availability. I know there's a communication feature but the organization doesn't really use it- of like to see its capabilities and I'm curious if users will adopt it. It could solve some communication issues if they do."

"When I Work is a great way for a workforce to manage itself. Once a schedule is set the employees can work out trades by themselves without any sort of management paperwork involved. As long as you trust your employees and set limits you don't have teo worry about a thing."

"When I Work provides a very user-friendly interface to schedule employees. As an 'employee' using the software, it is easy to check my shifts, swap shifts with other part-timers, and request time off! They have a simple phone app to check your schedule and even handy 'reminder' features to text or email me before a scheduled shift!"
