"I have been driving by here for years and finally decided to try it out on a Saturday for lunch. You order at a counter where you can see all of the food selection. I had a lamb stew which was very tasty. The only regret I had is it tasted like they used imitation lamb meat. I also had a great greek salad and one of their hummuses. They have 4 different..." "Very yummy Mediterranean food. I had the lamb kebab with spicy hummus, roasted cauliflower, and grape leaves. Everything tasted fresh, the staff helped me very quickly and were friendly, and it was an overall pleasant experience. The tzatziki that came with the lamb was so very good. I kinda wished more lamb came with it for the price, but I guess that is th..." Read more

"2 Words - PORTION SIZE. Staff is friendly; pricing seems consistent for a one meat, three side plate (~$13). Dishes were good but seemed a bit bland in flavor. The hummos, shredded lamb, and yellow rice were all pretty average. Huge portion size and freshly-baked pita made the meal pretty good though. They also have a good stockpile of sauces on the side..." Read more

"- Stewed lamb (shredded lamb or maybe it was beef) it was very good. - Yellow rice was okay it wasn't that flavorful. - mashed potatoe was a fried big ball with sour cream or maybe butter in the middle. I enjoyed it. I tried the spinach and spicy hummus they both tasted fresh not like the store bought stuff. And trust me i know the difference i make it reg..." Read more

"YUM! The portions are huge so you get a ton of food probably enough for two servings, which works out perfectly before once you're done being full from the first serving, you're ready to go. I always get the hummus and the freshly baked pita that you can watch come out of the oven. There are so many items to choose from the buffet set up of side items. For m..." Read more

"Had the falafel, tabouleh, white rice, and hummus for lunch. The food was great! Good flavor, good seasoning. I tried my friend's chicken kabob and the chicken had the BEST flavor! I would definitely recommend trying this place. That being said, there are a couple things to be aware of. First of all, the portions are HUGE. Way too much food for one pe..." Read more

"Amazing food, service, ambience, and selection. Took off a star for the price. Kinda pricey but the quality of food makes up for it. You can spend about $30 bucks for a date night but IMO it's worth it. Get the lamb, beef hummus, or stuffed chicken. The homemade pita is to die for."

"The chicken is juicy. All the vegetables are fresh. Would give 5 stars but they ran out of fish and pasta twards the end of the day. Still very worth eating there."

"Oh, sweet sweet pita bread. My mouth is watering just thinking about it. We got there Sunday around 1045 (Yelp says it opens at 10:30 but it's actually 11am), so when 11 rolled around we got the first fresh batch of pita bread out of the oven. Yum. Unlike Fadi's, they don't do 1, 2, 3, etc... number of sides - just a meat and 3 sides. Not a huge deal, but s..." Read more

"Coming from someone who has been to the Middle East countless times, the food here is outstanding. Huge portions, no waiting (it's cafeteria style), and quality food. Mixed meat & sides plates range from $12-17 plus tax from what I saw. They don't let you share a plate though even though the portions would accommodate it so minus 1 star there. It's also byob..." "Some months ago, a friend treated me to lunch here, as it was my first visit, I wasn't sure what to expect. The set-up is a simple cafeteria-style arrangement, with ample Mediterranean selections. The prices are moderate, reasonable for the location and the portions good. The lamb I had was very good, maybe not the best I've had, but for a lunch-sized ser..." Read more

"I feel like this place is a very tasty, smaller and less overwhelming version of Fadi's restaurant. I came here because we were in the area and craving a huge amount of delicious food. This place absolutely delivered! The pita was warm and delicious and complimented the various and sundry dips on my plate. I loved the pesto eggplant and curry dish my friend..." Read more

"I don't know why I hadn't tried this place yet, especially because it shares a parking lot with my fave coffee shop, but clearly there was something wrong with me in the past. I had just got back from Morocco two weeks ago and was craving kebob's and shawarma's so we finally decided that we'd try Aladdin's. The bestie and I both tried the Meat+ 3 sides opt..." Read more

"Came here on a drizzly Saturday afternoon with friends. Parking was a little difficult, but that's where our problems ended. This place is like a Luby's but with good Mediterranean food...you get a plate and go down the line and pick out your sides and meat. This was my first time eating genuine Mediterranean food and there were a lot of options that I did..." Read more

"I like a lot of the vegetables available at this place, especially the eggplant, chickpea salad, and the spinach pie. I also love the bread and the spicy hummus. I appreciate that the place is Byob. I would like to try some of their meat dishes in the future too."

"I love Houston because we have places like this. I've never been to the Mediterranean, but I suspect that the food here is fairly authentic. FOOD: I've eaten at Aladdin twice. The first time I got the lamb sandwich (aka gyro), my best experience was when I had the lamb shank with the mashed potatoe ball and spinach salad. The lamb shank is beyond delicious..." Read more

"Aladdin is a wonderful Mediterranean restaurant that personally, l would suggest to anyone looking for a fast and delicious lunch or dinner. My over all impression of the place was pretty good. Architecture was not very impressive on the outside. The outside looked very drab and boring, it made the place look cheap. Now, once the guest enters, they step into..." Read more

"So good! I went with co-workers for lunch during the week. I had heard good things, but had never been. The staff was very helpful in directing me to the lunch special as the best value. The lunch special is around $10, without a drink, but you get a lot of food. And the quality of the food was excellent. Everything was fresh and hot. My lamb meat was very..." Read more

"This place gets packed at night! Be prepared, especially if you come with a large party. Aladdin is on par with most Mediterranean places I have tried in Houston. Nothing was particularly mind-blowing, except for the wonderful, unlimited pita bread. This alone makes Aladdin a winner. The pita bread here is round and fluffy and a little bit sweet, and pairs..." "I'm glad that I found this place on yelp. It really is a very good Mediterranean restaurant, the food definitely speaks for it self. I have been to Fadi's before and Aladins is much better in certain areas. The hummus is very well balanced not very oily which is awesome, I have had that issue at Fadi's before. "What the heck? Did I just mistakenly drive to Fadi's? I had to ask myself that as I walked into Aladdin. Luckily for me a spot opened up right as I pulled up. You start at one..." Read more

"Came here for lunch on a Wednesday and there was quite the crowd. I took a look at their menu online before I went and saw that they had lots of options. I have to give a mention to their bread he..." Read more
