"I order at 430pm through GRAB and no one picking up there phone for both Dominos and GRAB so i can follow up my order and they called me at 10.57pm to ask if i still want my order to be delivered. "Went to pick up my order. I was on time. I was told to wait another 15 minutes and ended up writing 25minutes more. Others who had later times got their orders first. Even though they had larger orders. Moreover, staff were not concentrating and were making so much noise and that contributed to the delays."

"the service here is horrible. i tracked my order online for self collection and it states that it is ready but when i went to collect it, there was so much mix up over a couple pizzas, it wasnt ready even after an hour of waiting. the service is really bad and this isnt the first time this has happened."
