"Went to pick up my order. I was on time. I was told to wait another 15 minutes and ended up writing 25minutes more. Others who had later times got their orders first. Even though they had larger orders. Moreover, staff were not concentrating and were making so much noise and that contributed to the delays."

"the service here is horrible. i tracked my order online for self collection and it states that it is ready but when i went to collect it, there was so much mix up over a couple pizzas, it wasnt ready even after an hour of waiting. the service is really bad and this isnt the first time this has happened."

Me and my friend kept asking them for our pizza and they said it was in the oven and after an hour we asked them again and they just started to make our pizza. Totally ruined my mood and day.
