"Not a very well run and managed Dominos. Corporate should take a look into improving the situation. The place was not clean, staff was not the most approachable nor friendly in terms of service attitude and the dining in experience was underwhelming."

"Always understaffed often only see one person making pizza and operating the counter which results in to significantly longer waiting times, especially when there are more take out orders than dine in. "Ordered my pizza yesterday 9 Aug 2022 at 4.10pm. The staff promised that it will reach by 7pm.. Guess what? My order did not turn up at all. The hotline kept put me on hold for close to an hour. All I want was a refund. Nobody gave me a call for an update. Please improve your service. Promise 30 mins to deliver? lol, guess not."

"1. Ordered at 5:21pm and should arrive at 6.45pm .Called customer service 8pm and said that order will arrive at 9:30pm but in the end arrived at 10:10pm . 2. Kids happy open the box and all pizza was cold . 3. The drinks are 1 bottle 1.5l green tea and 2 bottles 1.5l coke . The green tea is correct but the coke become 4 cans of 320ml coke ."

"Ordered at 4.30pm for a 7.45pm delivery. 2 hours without receiving my order. Unable to track my order (seems to be conpleted). Called the store and they gave me many versions of my delivery status. The manager was not even the one trying to explain the situation. In the end, got too frustrated and cancelled the order. Worst service experienced."
