"Everyone was polite and helpful. They made recommendations over the phone to save us a service call. After trying those, we still needed a tech to come out. The tech took a look, took some pictures to assist in the explaination of the issue. He installed a smoke guard and gave us tips on using the fireplace. Fast, clean, easy, excellent communication."
