"Louis, your company is a joke; I am not sure if you are aware of what's going on; your staff are rude, unprofessional, not letting us talk to you ...... I paid the deposit and wanted my fireplace to be renovated. Delay after delay, no communication, and extremely rude unprofessional staff! Word of wisdom to all go to firplace 911! I made a big mistake."
