"My clients hate having to input their emails when they receive smart files. There needs to be a way to turn this off. I have so many people complaining about not knowing what email they signed up with or if the accounting department wants to access a proposal. This is really the biggest problem with Honeybook."

"It’s cheeky to not allow other ways for people to pay besides the business having to reiterate to to the client. You should have way more options for small businesses who don’t want/can afford to pay another fee on money paid on top of the platform fees."

"This company is trash. Horrible customer service you have to wait hours for a response from the chat. Chat is the only way to get issues resolved. The agents let 30-40 minutes go by before they respond to your response. They will tie up your money!!!"
