"Definitely it is great having all correspondence in one file and accessible to all parties. The fact that customers who make additional payments falling outside of their "prearranged pay schedule" require a new schedule to be submitted (vs just showing a credit towards the next payment) is a royal pain. This could be made so much easier."

"I’ve had several issues with your application recently where I’m not getting inquiries or I’m not getting email responses back or it says you sent my email to my client and then they never receive it or it goes to spam. "The contract templates were what first caught my attention, that was possibly my favorite feature. I liked the idea of automizing your emails and structuring your business workflow for a more streamlined customer/client experience.
