"I've been using Insightly now for several months, and while there are still more features I haven't quite dug into yet, I very much like how it works to keep track of your contacts, and I love how it very easily integrates with Google drive as well. I use Google spreadsheets to keep track of invoices for my customers, so that is very convenient."

"For G Suite users, you'll have a CRM directly linked to your inbox. Insightly is easy to use and there are lots of features to allow you to customize the CRM to your liking. Insightly is competitively priced and they also offer a free version."

"The CRM functions in Insightly have been useful to my business. Overall, I found lots of small issues and bugs, and when I reached out to customer support, I had significant delays in the response time. Most of the time, the bugs would vanish before the support team had a chance to respond to me."

"After trying for a month to get my team to adopt this tool they all complained. I contacted Insightly to request a pro-rated refund but they refused. The free version does not offer the full capability to assess and the paid version is non-refundable. A typical SW scam."
