"EDIT: Judging by the response below and the other reviews it appears I just got unlucky on this occasion. Saul was easy to deal with over email. Clothes came back so creased they were unwearable. Process also quite awkward. So far below the quality of a similar service I used in Chiang Mai. Shame they don’t operate in Bangkok too."

"My wife found this service when we were staying in Mecure Bangkok. Hotel laundry charges are much more expensive. Laundry Town is cheaper and clothes are returned folded smelling nice. I recommend installing LINE app for easier communication."
