"EDIT: Judging by the response below and the other reviews it appears I just got unlucky on this occasion. Saul was easy to deal with over email. Clothes came back so creased they were unwearable. Process also quite awkward. So far below the quality of a similar service I used in Chiang Mai. Shame they don’t operate in Bangkok too."

"Communication was good despite the lack of English. Khun Suporn have my clothes picked up and returned promptly, no hassle. I paid THB1,000 for my 7.5kg everyday clothes that unfortunately were returned un-ironed and folded as they liked."

"Overall this was a good service. Some confusion about pick up but was address promptly by staff. We had switched hotels before drop off and staff managed to get our clothing to new hotel with no issues. "Good service. Clothes cleaned and folded nicely. They picked up on time, but communication before drop off was lacking. I messaged them for two hours with no response, but the clothes did arrive before 10pm as planned. However, it was quite stressful not knowing if they would show up or not, as I had to leave hotel by midnight."
