"Understanding that this restaurant is at a touristy place, we had the most disappointing experience. The service was slow and had to ask several times for drink refills. The food for four people did not arrive all at the same time. The food itself was not bad but the overall dinner left a bad taste in our mouths. Pun intended."

"Great location for an amazing view but the rest was average. We ended up having food and drinks in the bar area.
The wine by the glass option was not great. Food was super average. Service was friendly from the bartender. If you go, your are really just having low expectations for food but an amazing view of the bay and Alcatraz."

"My family had the misfortune to pick this restaurant for dinner. The food wasn't fantastic but the service was horrible. We weren't, even done with our meal when the waiter asked if I wanted my check for the meal. Our glasses of water were pretty much empty and no one came to top it up. Such poor service. Definitely won't be recommending anyone there."
