"It was literally a "next day" appointment. The inspector was thorough, answered several questions on site, and provide a detailed follow up report with many images. Net net the inspector alerted us to several structural concerns we were not prepared to take on and I suspect helped us avoid a ton of headaches."

"Rhonda Leib was patient with us (I, the Buyer’s Representative and the buyer himself) as we asked question after question; I am a newer real estate professional and was learning and the buyer was a first-time home buyer.
