"Great overall inspection by Paulo. He was on time and caught a handful of items that he suggested to have the builder repair before we closed on our new construction. The builder agreed to his suggestions and had them fixed. The inspection took 3.5 hours, he was very thorough and they were priced very competitive when I shopped around. Thanks!"
