"Rich Hall was my inspector. Very thorough,educated,and plenty of expertise. He answered basic questions I came in with (first time home owner) and also helped with questions I didn’t know I even had. Gave me much peace with explanations of housing systems. Definitely recommend Rich Hall if you are in the northern or southern Virginia area!"
