"Extremely poor online interface. Setting up "auto pay" was very confusing and frustrating. Which resulted in having to call then 3 times! in total with hold times was over 2 hrs! "Do not use ATM at this location. It doesn’t dispense cash and the bank will tell you that the machine is “operated through a 3rd party”. This was not a pleasant experience as a North Shore customer. Two stars in generous."

"Horrible treasury team service. I call and most of the time, it goes to voice-mail. Online banking has frequent IT issues. Not impressed by the level of service for businesses or individuals."
