"We are new customers, they have charged us for 4 weeks but only showed 2. When questioned and sent pictures of the poop in my yard she was rude..even told me to get my ring checked. I was told they leave the bag that's how we know they were there..no bag = no service, not to mention the poop in the yard!"

"They rescheduled my visit because they were short staffed and charged me extra and canceled my service when I requested a refund for the over charge...its not my fault they are short staffed and needed to make schedule adjustments. I would not recommend them."
