"The only complaint I have is that I had to have my dog at the facility by 8 AM. But yet they didn’t do the surgery until later in the afternoon. And I could not pick her up until 5 o’clock in the afternoon. I understand the need for her to be more awake from anesthesia, thus picking her up later. But I do not understand why she had to be there so early."

"As for the grooming, dolly came home beautiful. Fantastic job. The reason for not giving a five is because she was there for eight hours which is not good for a service dog."
