"I always love the staff at Town & Country especially Tara..I was a little disappointed in lulu's grooming as far her hair being cute in a teddy bear face which is a round face which is what I requested and stressed at check-in but, this was clearly not done. It was definitely put on the paperwork to do so.The rest of her body was cut fine."
