"Came in from out of town and was really disappointed. The reviews here are glowing but neither of our coffees were good and we didn't see any waffles on the drive through menu. Service was poor and it felt like we were more of a nuisance than a customer. Tossed our coffees in the garbage and went to a better coffee shop at the other end of town."

"Union roasts an excellent coffee-- I almost always get a black drip because the flavor is so good. The shop itself is a wonderful place to hang out in. If the service matched the coffee I'd give it 6/5 stars, but about half of the time in my experience the service is slow, unhelpful and forgets half the order."
