"Ken was great!! I love my new couches!! Not exactly what I ordered to the T, but damn close & I am not complaining about that.. I was missing 2 of the 4 pillows, but he was very helpful and ordered them again and will call me when they are ready. The place is nice and seem to be good quality!"

If you're looking for white glove service a la Crate & Barrel and Pottery Barn, What A Room may not be your best options. But, I also did not want to pay 30-50% mark up on my furniture as well.
