"Omg! Really struggling with a horrible kidney infection. I'm distracted by the pain and showed up without my wallet. Instead of making me go home, get it, and reschedule my appointment they let me be seen and email a copy of my Insurance card. Super kind and helpful. Took my urine sample and had me diagnosed right away!! True blessing!"
