"This was absolutely the most amazing urgent care I’ve ever been to. Came in here on my way from Oklahoma to Dallas with a really nasty ear problem and they were quick, knowledgeable, and so kind. They totally saw something that was missed by an ER doctor earlier that day. If this place were near me, this would be my first choice in medical care."

"Took my son a few days ago and the wait time was horrible. We waited over 2 hours to be seen! Once we got back to a room we waited probably an additional 20 minutes. "The providers are always nice and so is the desk personnel. However, the nurse or medical assistant that's typically there is not personable at all. In this field, you need to talk to people and have some empathy, not treat them as is they're just another annoying part of your job."

"The wait was long and the lady at the front desk was not very happy to be there! If I'm giving you money I expect at a good attitude if not a smile. Once we seen the doctor everything was better. "I won me a trip here today with what I thought was my arm being cut off by my on knife by all the blood pouring out.
