"We used them in December.. Very disorganized. The sales guy was not very knowledgable and there wasn't any pricing for carpets anywhere. The owner ( forgot his name) is not that friendly. "Had laminate floorboards installed. Generally very happy - the only thing FDFS need to do is tighten up the experience you have with those that they contract and sub contract to for the install.
