Most companies will offer a CRM solution with too many unnecessary bells and whistles that I feel are used to simply increase the price. Insightly offers something very clean and intelligent without the fluff."

"One of the best CRM/sales management tools on the market. Have been using it to track all of a small lawyer company's (30 users) contacts into one place. The card reader works just fine, but the deep integration with Google Apps is the best part. It's not a super-duper CRM like Salesforce, but it does all that is needed for a SMB and more."

"Automatic social media connections, pricing, simplicity in usage. We were using Salesforce before and it was too bloated for any of our users to enjoy.
