"We were using a spreadsheet before, so coming to Leapsome is like going from a kids bike with flat tyres to a Kawasaki ninja. I really like the flow of questions, it's clear what you're answering and the next action you need to take is obvious. The reports are great too, nicely summarised and with good visuals."

"The platform makes it really easy for me to manage my team's Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), which I previously had to manage using spreadsheets.
