"Takes a few days to get used to sleeping on a slant, but it has helped with drainage issues, sinus, and cough. Like the large size. Only concern is longevity of the memory foam. Softer than usual foam, which is good; as long as it lasts."

"Felt a little lower than I thought it would be but over all comfortable. Packaging was surprising. The pillow is vacuum-packed in a small box. When I first opened the box I thought the pillow was going to be too small. After I removed the wedge from the plastic bag it expanded quite a bit."
