"This place is absolutely amazing. Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day. My friends and I love to hunt down little spots with great food. I've had the 52nd Ave 3 times in the last week. If you're a breakfast snob like my friends and I are.. this is a must try place."

"Decent . Not bad . Not memorable . Perfectly and wonderfully okay . Reasonably priced . Reasonable service that is polite and relatively friendly . I am on the search , for good no frills food at a decent price with a reasonable wait . So far , nothing in pdx meets the bill . This place hits the check box for price and decent wait but it misses the mark fo..." Read more

"I love this place. Great home good cooking...if your mom can cook. When I have friends in town and they want some good breakfast we go here! It's only open in the morning...so that's pretty clear how good it is. The waiters here is super sweet and responsive, there's always a lot people but no real wait. Also, I think they have the best Blood..." Read more

"Thank you again yelp for pointing us towards the right direction. We were in SE looking for a "diner" type place and this was the first thing that popped up. From the outside, it looks so unassuming with as it is in a small strip mall--you go inside and you're transported into this retro/punk/hipster diner that I feel like could be the set of a punk rock mus..." "Great place. Food is amazingly delicious. We had to wait 20 minutes to sit for brunch and maybe 35-40 minutes for the food to arrive. But honestly, it's worth the wait. Service is great too and they serve good portions. The mashed potatoes are THE BEST!! Will go back for sure."

"Superb scramble and fork mash potatos had a beautiful crust, no mealy or under/over. Fabulous sides--meatloaf & red gravy. $6 eggs, hashbrowns, and toast. Our server was all that and more. Pluses. Outdoor seating to bring our kitteh and doggo. Sauces--housemade green chili, marionberry jam sauce."

"Great food. Good service. But the gouging of new customers by charging $2 a can for pop (when I didn't see any other table drinking pop) was very off-putting. I'm not coming back. And considering how good the food was, that's saying a lot. Really poor business practice. GET A FOUNTAIN MACHINE! Don't hate on your customers."

"Very cuuuuuute and so delicious! I'd like to think John Waters would feel right at home in this joint. Cucumber Bloody Mary is soooooooo gooood!!!!! The stacks are tasty, and the serving portions are perfect. I always have leftovers and leave happily in a food coma. Plus, prices are great!"

"Great vibe, sweet people and good drinks and grub. Love it! Try the vegan stack.
I see a few complaints about the service. Seem totally off base to me and I have been many times at various hours alone and with friends. Smile don't snivel!"

"Grateful this establishment is a walkable distance from my home- the spicy bloody Mary's are so good you will need more than one. Tasty vegan options and fresh veggies in the scrambles, along with friendly and prompt service."
