"This is a wonderful place for dinner in the area! I highly recommend the lasagna de banana, at least to share. It's cheesy and sweet, crunchy and cheesy, and it's almost like a dessert. The service is relatively attentive, and I enjoy the outdoor space they they open up when it's warmer and dry outside."

It is a small place that does not take reservations but I've gotten lucky and find seating pretty quickly. It is on a main road but there is plenty of meter parking nearby."

"I can't believe I haven't written about Muqueca, which I've been to multiple times. The fish stews are always amazing, with deep flavors, lots of fish, in each of the stews. The plantains are strong as well. The stews go really well with rice. I can't quite remember how the other dishes are, but generally everything is rather special."

"Great neighborhood Brazilian restaurant! Plenty of authentic options to eat. A few basic options if you have a picky eater in the group. Full bar with great drinks. The caipirinhas were delicious!
