"My mom and I went here for dinner and the food was pretty good. We've had better, but the Muqueca we had was when we were actually in Brazil. It was a little bland and as a part of the Brazilian custom, no salt or pepper was present at the table. Overall, it is a nice restaurant with friendly waiters and waitresses and pretty good good."

"We made a reservation 8 days in advance for a party of 12. We said it was a birthday party and the birthday girl and several others have celiac. We asked if we could bring a GF cake from a dedicated GF bakery. We said if this wasn't possible to let us know ASAP as we would make reservations elsewhere where we could bring a cake. They called Friday, the day b..." Read more

"Muqueca is a real Brazilian restaurant serving high quality and delicious food! Almost all the friendly staff is Brazilian, music is nice and you can share plates! We wanted try it all, especially the banana muqueca filled with cheese and sauce (one of their signatures dish)! Also do authentic caipirinha, Brazilian drink filled with fruits and choice of vodk..." Read more

"In the area visiting a local business and Yelp reviews led us here on a Saturday evening between 5 and 6 p. We tried calling several times in the afternoon to find out if we needed reservations but it kept ringing busy so when we finished our errand we called at 5 p and they said "come on in, no wait". Upon arrival, there was only one party in the restauran..." Read more

"Got take out, and it was phenomenal. The people there were very nice, it was a little pricey, but definitely worth it. 5/5 is a well deserved grade. I love it!!"

"This is not your typical Brazilian fare (meat, meat and maybe a little rice and beans on the side), but it is divine. I'm not a big seafood fan, but I love their muqueca (Brazilian fish stew) more than almost any other restaurant dish. We finally convinced my oldest son, a picky eater, to try the muqueca. He said, "Mom, I don't like tomatoes or fish, but I'l..." Read more

"Love their fish stew. I've never had it before this place and can't believe I've missed out. I keep coming back for their cod cakes and try the fried yucca with dry meat. This is my go to ALL the time! Passion fruit caipirinha is essential since it's not too sweet and a little sour  Also - go with a group (like 3+) The food does take a while to come out so m..." "I had the shrimp muqueca and frankly it was nothing more than a mix of water, salt, tomatoes, onion, and shrimp. For $20 I would've expected more. After finishing the meal I was still hungry and had to order another side of rice. Then I was crazy thirsty all night and the next morning I weighed 3 lbs heavier because of the sodium. Disappointed and confused b..." Read more

"Went here for dinner and was more than satisfied. Most Brazilian restaurants in the area are Churrisquerias, so it's refreshing to experienced more nuanced versions of Brazilian cuisine. The service is really gracious-it's obvious that the management really takes pride and pleasure in what they do. The menu is more seafood heavy and the muquecas are excellen..." Read more

"Really delicious fish and seafood stew. Large sizes (serves 1.5-2), served in a clay pot with rice. The flavors of the soup are amazing. The only downside is that it's a bit pricey - around $20 for the stews. Next time I'll share one with someone so I can try their other dishes."

"My friend and I were looking for a place to grab dinner and catch up and we stumbled upon this restaurant on Yelp. The reviews were good and location convenient so we decided to give it a chance. "A friend recommended this place so we checked it out yesterday and I didn't get disappointed! I have never tried Brazilian food before so this was a good experience. We were seated right away. The place is cozy and the decor is different. I had tried the Brazilian drink "Caipirinha" before so we ordered that. I didn't know that it came in different flavors..." Read more

"Very authentic northeastern Brazilian food, and delicious. Also vegetarian-friendly, which the food in northeastern Brazil is generally not. They make vegetarian versions of classic dishes that vegetarians can't usually enjoy: moqueca, bobó, feijão with bananas or tofu instead of meat. Great smoothies too, with Brazilian fruits like açaí, cupuaçu, acerola, g..." Read more
