"Do not use ATM at this location. It doesn’t dispense cash and the bank will tell you that the machine is “operated through a 3rd party”. This was not a pleasant experience as a North Shore customer. Two stars in generous."

"Very poor customer service. I'm continuing to try to get an issue resolved. I've sent the requested information four times and keep getting letters saying I never provided it. I finally asked to speak to an executive with the bank and they told me executives do not take customer calls. WOW!!!!!"

"Im an insurance agent and Jeannie and Georgia are so rude. They wait until the last second and expect us to jump. Must lenders tell us about closing ahead of time. Not them. Then you send the documents and they need it again and again. Thenthey tell the mutual client that you didn't send it. We have emails! So unprofessional. Less chaos. More organization."

I finally left because of the constant harassment by a woman named Jeanne at the Corporate office and the outrageous overdraft fees I would get..
