"All the process was handled very well, the move itself was done on time. However, on transit, two pieces of large ceramics broke. Pieces that had come from Peru in a container with no issue and broke during the short journey from the UK to Netherlands. Clearly packing was not to a high enough standard and is done better in Peru."

"our situation - a shipment of inherited goods from Sussex to Texas - did not seem to fit the normal 'mould', so the PSS forms and procedures needed some amendment. No-one was travelling and the sender/shipper is not the same person as the recipient. We are still waiting to hear if they can put our shipment in a container shared with someone else's goods..." "The men helping with the packing and loading were very helpful and friendly. But we had very little communication from PSS, the lorry driver didn't arrive until 1pm, not his fault, but PSS didn't let us know. We have also had some breakages, that we discovered when unpacking, we haven't finished yet, so don't know if there are any more breakages."

"I thought your staff were very professional, quick to responds to queries and followed instructions I gave re contacting my sister. I would have given 5 stars but the courier you chose initially (DHL) were woefully. Also,the boxes sent were not very sturdy.
