"Having my pet hospitalised with such a critical condition was one of the most difficult experiences to go through. The team were so helpful, nothing was too much, I was able to get regular updates and was kept informed by the doctors throughout his stay. The entire team have just been a delight to work with and I can't thank everyone enough."
