"My appointment was an extremely positive experience. Dr Stacey Brady from the neurology team was lovely and extremely calming. She explained everything extremely well and made me feel at ease about my dog’s situation. "They made me feel really reassured they will take good care of my cat, and I also like that they're 24hrs, and they said I can call anytime to check how he's doing. It was awesome that they sent through the insurance pre-approval request on my behalf instead of the added stress doing it myself. Definitely recommend."
