"Our pug Pippin had a nasty corneal ulcer with infection four days before we were heading overseas. The team operated outside of hours and provided peer support for the local vet in Tamworth (where Pippin was staying while we were away). Absolutely amazing."

"Everything has been really great to deal with. The communication has been so impressive. I love the updates before and after my dogs surgery. It was so reassuring! Staff have been absolutely fantastic. It’s always hard when your pet is sick but SASH were beyond fantastic with every aspect. 10/10"

"We sadly had to say goodbye to our bird here, and it was such a tough time for us. It is definitely on the expensive side, but the staff were kind and supportive, particularly Dr Emily. and we really appreciate the care they gave. I’m also sorry that my tears made one of the staff cry."

"Emergency department is excellent!!!.brought my dog in with an ulcer on her eyeball got sent straight to the optomoligy department and woth a few hours she was all sorted and ready to go home. The staff are wonderful, friendly and super helpful. I can't recommend them or thank them enough"

"Dr Richard Looi was excellent. Came and met my dog and myself in the car park. Excellent diagnosis of a highly risky and critical case where my dog had been driven over by the rear tyre of a tractor. The nurse did an excellent job of vitals in triage and then the vet saw me quickly and did a very accurate assessment. His prognosis was spot on and everything..." Read more
