"Dropped off a microchipped dog on the weekend and was met with professionalism and care from the receptionists and vets! They reassured me the dog would be looked after over the weekend and that I could check up on the dog later on to see if he was picked up by their owner, which he eventually was !"

"Cannot fault all communication from both admin and specialist, always responded promptly to calls and questions. Dr Elias has been fabulous, answering all questions and always being prompt calling when he said he would. All admin staff/nurses etc have been great too."
