I thought I'd have to make an appointment for the next day or even a couple days later and they came right over. "I called because we were having trouble with our oven not lighting. They made an appointment for a tech to come out. He didn't show during the 2 hour timeframe. He came out later and said the master board was bad and it would cost nearly $600 to replace it. I called a 2nd appliance repair company for another estimate and they diagnosed a bad oven..."
