"Failed to pay land registry tax after they had deducted it 8 months ago from me. HMRC are now chasing me not only for the unpaid tax but for a £200 late payment penalty. I am now taking them to court. Been a sh!tshow from the very start and they laugh in your face at the stress they cause you. I hope they go bust and lose all their jobs. Disgusting company."

"Pretty consistently poor in all regards. To contact them is very tricky, as phone lines either are not checked or ring through. Email communication is very poor as emails sent are not read or filed leaving cases permanently on hold. I couldn't recommend any aspect of this company at present."
