"So so food.. It's all about quantity not quality. Hummus was too tangy, chicken curry was chewy and made from store bought powder. Only the pita bread is good. Will never come back!!"

"I had been here a number of times, but not in the last three years. I returned today. The naan bread and hummus are fabulous. There is a variety of hummus flavors to try. The naan is freshly baked in a brick oven. I had three sides and a meat for $11.99. Great value for a fully loaded plate. My meat dish was a little tasteless. Therefore, I deducted one star..." "I've been going here frequently for a couple of years, and it is my go-to spot when I just don't feel like cooking. I don't consider myself a connoisseur of Mediterranean cuisine by any means, but this place is delicious. I typically get the four veggie plate, opting for hummus, tabouli, chickpea salad, and roasted cauliflower. Much to my own surprise, the..." Read more

"I love this place! I'm always on the hunt to try something new to eat, then I found Aladdin, so the wife and I tried it, glad we did, the food is fresh and delicious and the employee are really friendly. I can eat here every day if I could, and it's healthy too!"

"Had the lamb gyro plate with 3 sides (tabouli, grape leaves and fried mashed potato ball). Also got pita bread and spicy hummus. The plate was huge, I didn't finish everything. I've never had spicy hummus but it was delicious and they give you a large portion of it, which I only ate about half of the portion. Everything was delicious although the grape l..." Read more

"I can't believe this place got four stars and 353 reviews. You all must be on steroids or something thinking this is best kind of Mediterranean food you had in awhile. I'm sorry but I think fadis food is way better. However, they to do not have the best food but it better than this place. so this place, it's in a run down area and small parking lots. Insi..." "By far the best Mediterranean food in Houston. I frequent this place for lunch. The braised lamb shank is one of the best dishes I have ever had. Wonderful service, very generous portions."

"Amazing food, service, ambience, and selection. Took off a star for the price. Kinda pricey but the quality of food makes up for it. You can spend about $30 bucks for a date night but IMO it's worth it. Get the lamb, beef hummus, or stuffed chicken. The homemade pita is to die for."

"Went Monday for lunch around 12-not a very large crowd; surprisingly, but it as a Monday. . I got the lamb gyro, spicy hummus, whatever the parsley salad is called, and eggplant on rice. I am a huge gyro fan..being from Chicago-we had unlimited choices of great gyro..so I am kind of picky when it comes to gyro meats. The lamb gyro was kind of dry compared to..." Read more

"This place has a "no sharing" policy. It's not a buffet, yet it has a no sharing policy. The food is fine, but nothing special. It's overpriced for what it is, but they make up for it by giving you too much food on a plate. So the logical thing is for a couple to split a plate. Yet they're so rude as to dictate how you eat your food after you pay for it. Eve..." Read more

"Aladdin overwhelms the senses in a good way. From the beautifully displayed cafeteria-style dishes to the yummy aromas to the actual moment when you taste their delicious fare, a visit here is a true experience. Employees are friendly and willing to split sides so that you can try more of their tasty offerings. Food is always fresh and portions are hearty. A..." Read more

"Aladdins.. I seriously can't say enough about this place. From the quality of food to the quality of customer service. Trust me, you will not be disappointed. If it's your first time trying Mediterranean food then I highly recommend you order the chicken kabob. I've been to other Mediterranean restaurants in the houston area and no place beats the quality of..." Read more

"Oh, sweet sweet pita bread. My mouth is watering just thinking about it. We got there Sunday around 1045 (Yelp says it opens at 10:30 but it's actually 11am), so when 11 rolled around we got the first fresh batch of pita bread out of the oven. Yum. Unlike Fadi's, they don't do 1, 2, 3, etc... number of sides - just a meat and 3 sides. Not a huge deal, but s..." Read more

"This place is a must if you like Mediterranean food. We were a little hesitant when we walked in to an assembly line where you order without a menu, but the employees serving the food were very friendly and made it an easy and fun experience. I had mushroom and onion hummus with the gyro meat while my date had spicy hummus with a chicken skewer. Everything w..." Read more

"Coming from someone who has been to the Middle East countless times, the food here is outstanding. Huge portions, no waiting (it's cafeteria style), and quality food. Mixed meat & sides plates range from $12-17 plus tax from what I saw. They don't let you share a plate though even though the portions would accommodate it so minus 1 star there. It's also byob..." "Goodbye Fadis, Hello Aladdins! I still can't believe I've never been here before and I'm sad it's taken me this long to discover this place. The prices are fair considering the portion sizes that are served. I love that you can "split" sides, so I was able to try a variety of items. I ordered the lamb gyro and 2 sides for only $10.99 (if you order 3 side..." Read more

"Some months ago, a friend treated me to lunch here, as it was my first visit, I wasn't sure what to expect. The set-up is a simple cafeteria-style arrangement, with ample Mediterranean selections. The prices are moderate, reasonable for the location and the portions good. The lamb I had was very good, maybe not the best I've had, but for a lunch-sized ser..." Read more

"I came to Aladdin's on a Friday around lunchtime. I was pleasantly surprised since I drive past this place all the time because it doesn't look like much from the outside. "The portions were large, that's for sure. But aside from the seared cauliflower, which reminded me more of Indian that Mediterranean, I found the food surprisingly underspiced, almost bland, with the exception of lemon, which was not used sparingly, perhaps to the detriment of the foos. I had tabbouleh, cauliflower, falafel, spicy hummus, some kind eggplan..." Read more
